job description

A large construction company is looking for a Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working in East London. The annual salary is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Construction experience is necessary. Must have 3+ years of Document Control experience. Experience of Conject / BIW or Aconex.

Responsibilities:



* Use Conject / BIW or Aconex - to upload / download documents / drawings
* Updating and maintaining site files
* Booking deliveries and collections
* Liaising with different teams
* Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents

The ideal candidate will have:



* 3 plus years of Document Control
* Experience of Conject / BIW or Aconex
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
