Document Controller

Are you looking for a new job opportunity? Do you want to work in central London? Are you an experienced document controller?

A main contractor within the construction industry is looking for a document controller to join their team in central London on a contract basis till February, potentially longer. You will be working within Central London and paid on an hourly rate of £20hr - £23hr LTD / umbrella.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of Asite is necessary. Experience of handover is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Use Asite - to upload / download documents / drawings
* Collate O&M manuals for handover
* Updating and maintaining site files
* Quality checking documents and drawings
* Liaising with different teams
* Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
* Assisting with Handover files

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of Asite
* Experience of handover processes
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
