Document Controller

Are you a Document Controller waiting for your next opportunity within London?

A construction subcontractor is looking for a document controller to join their team on a year long contract basis. You will be working in head office, based in Euston. The hourly rate is between £10 - £14 PAYE, or £15 - £20 umbrella / LTD.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of Aconex / SharePoint is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Use Aconex and Sharepoint - to upload / download documents / drawings
* Updating and maintaining files
* Booking deliveries and collections
* Liaising with different teams
* Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of Aconex / Sharepoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
