Doc Controller with 4ps experience? A main contractor working on a large project requires a Document Controller to work on site in North London.

As the only Document Controller on site you must be self sufficient and happy to assist with administration duties. You will be using 4Projects/ Viewpoint so experience with this system is essential.

This is a freelance position for circa 6 months.

You must be able to start immediately (1 week notice period will be considered)

Working hours are 08:00 - 18:00 (can be flexible)

This position is paying £14 - £20ph LTD (£12.50 -13ph PAYE) on a contract basis.

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* Using 4ps / Viewpoint systems to upload download all documents and drawings
* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Maintain site registers of design reviews
* Generate document numbers
* Quality checking all documentation and communication
* Issuing communication status
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using document control systems 4P, Viewpoint is ideal but not essential
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organised and willing to get stuck in
