Document Controller

Are you searching for a job? Do you want to work in South East London? Are you an experienced Document Controller?

A subcontractor is looking for a document controller to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in SE London. The role is a mix of document control and skilled administrator.

Construction experience is necessary. Experience of CONJECT / BIW is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Use CONJECT / BIW - to upload / download / distribute documents and drawings
* Review documents
* Updating and maintaining files
* Check compliance of project procedures
* Liaising with different teams and clients
* Assisting with Handover files
* Quality checking documents
* Invoices / Expenses / Purchase Orders
* Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience of BIW/Conject
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
