Experienced user of Conject/BIW? a market leading groundworks sub contractor are looking for a Document Controller who has experience on Conject/BIW. You will be based in modern offices in South East London.

As the only Document Controller you must be self sufficient and happy to assist with administration duties. The ideal candidate would have used Conject/BIW.

This is a long term temporary contract 6 months+ with potential to go permanent.

The rate for this role is circa £14-£18 LTD (£10-13 PAYE)

Document Controller Role and Responsibilities:

* EDMS system knowledge of Conject/BIW
* Uploading all site documents
* Distribute project documentation to relevant members of the team
* Ensuring project team has latest revisions
* Manage document registers and trackers
* Generate new document/drawing numbers
* Quality checking all documentation
* Generating PO numbers
* Raising Invoices
* Managing Site Expenses
* Ad Hoc administration duties

Document Control Candidate Requirements:

* Experience using Conject/BIW would be ideal (other systems will be considered)
* Must be organised and able to prioritise work load
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be professional and hardworking
