job description

A construction company is looking for a document controller to join their team on a contract for at least 6 months. You will be working on site in Stratford. The role is paid on a day rate of up to £134 Ltd / Umbrella, £118 PAYE. Rate of pay is dependent on experience.

Construction experience is necessary. Knowledge of the Enterprise Bridge (eB) is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Use eB - to upload / download documents / drawings
* Recording and organising documents
* Updating and maintaining site files
* Processing a high number of drawings
* Use of the Microsoft Packages Word and Excel
* Process ITPs
* Maintain site registers
* Quality checking documents
* Delivering the status of communications
* Carry out elements of handover

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* Knowledge of the rail industry
* Experience of eB
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site
