Are you looking for a long-term contract in Cambridge, do you have previous experience as a Draughtsman? If so, please read on!

Randstad are looking for a Draughtsman with good experience with AutoCAD 2D or 3D for a large project in Cambridge. This role is working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor and will offer strong career progression and an exciting challenge for anyone with strong AutoCAD knowledge.

The main function of the role will be modelling and rendering designs, alongside producing technical drawings for a new build construction project.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver excellent visual imagery
- Visualise and draw up store window schemes to scale
- Work on projects from concept to production, both
- Work closely with other members of the 3D team
- Meet stringent deadlines with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Skills and experience:

- 2 years of relevant experience minimum
- Previous experience in steelworks design would be ideal
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Technical drawing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and methodical
- Ability to deliver projects on time
- CSCS Card
