This is a fabulous opportunity to join a highly regarded and popular nursery team in a larger than average nursery in East Grinstead. The nursery is made up of 4 rooms, brilliantly resourced and has free flow and vibrant class rooms. The setting has been recently awarded "good" at Ofsted however the nursery team were commended for offering an "outstanding" education to all its children. All staff and children enjoy the nursery and the opportunities offered, children in attendance are recognised for being happy, well adjusted and confident learners. All children in the nursery make brilliant progress and are above average attainment when transitioning to KS1. The nursery offers a balanced curriculum with plenty of imaginative play. The nursery is currently seeking a Full time early years assistant for a permanent role to start January 2021.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
NVQ or Cache level 2 or above Qualification
Relevant childcare/ early years experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)
Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
Providing engaging and interactive activities for the children
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole nursery training events
Planning and preparing activities within the current national curriculum
