Electrical Contracts Manager

Are you hungry for success and driven to perform well under tight deadlines?

Experienced managing commercial installs from Offices, to Education and Healthcare?

My client are an award winning Electrical Sub-Contractor ideally located between the South Coast and London, in Crawley. Currently employing over 10 Contracts Managers, they look to expand this delivery team further to cope with the record breaking year they have had.

Recent growth in the Estimation team has resulted in an influx of work, mainly within the Commercial sector, so experience within this field will be essential.

The majority of projects are in Central London, with the occasional development in South East England, so you can be based with a split between site and the offices in Crawley; however the client are flexible with how much time you choose to spend on site.

Expectations / Requirements:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement


* £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday
