Electrical Design Engineer - Water Treatment / Nuclear

Electrical Design Engineer with experience in a chemical process environment required to work for a multi-discipline MEICA Engineering contractor.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Design Engineer:



* Carrying out design calculations.
* Developed engineering specifications and schedules.
* Coordinate and liaise with site supervisors regarding the installation process.
* Maintain an interest in costing and the tendering of additional works.
* You will be involved in a variety of projects with a view to optimising and reducing the energy consumption at a site.
* Review of existing design of all electrical system.
* Development of conceptual design.


Essential:



* Experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer in a chemical process environment.
* Knowledge and skills in the in the planning, specification, design procurement and commissioning of projects.
* Strong communication skills all levels with the client, suppliers, contractors and design team - both written and oral.
