Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Liverpool Street, City of London | £36,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working for a leading contractor in the Capital City? Do you want to be left alone while sleeping opposed to being on call? Do you want the chance to increase your earnings with a high amount of overtime available?

I am currently recruiting for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work in a very high end commercial office environment near Liverpool Street, City of London.

The building is 10 storeys, you will be working within a team of 3 with one engineer being dedicated to the tenant area's opposed to the landlord contract.

Although this role is electrically biased, you will still be expected to have a general understanding of mechanical / hvac plant equipment ie:, AHUs/FCUs - filters, belts, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks and etc


* £36,000 basic salary
* Days only - Monday to Friday

* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* General understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
* Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises is preferable
