Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Central London - Perm - up to £36,000 + Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in central London. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance i.e Hospital, offices care homes etc. He or she will be required to work as a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Lots of overtime available


* Electrical testing and inspection
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-Skilled
* Good communication skills
* Able to start immediately or at short notice

Job Details

* 22 days shift holiday
* 1 in 6 call out - £150 call out

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;

* Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
* Emergency light testing
* Power distribution
* Electrical fault-finding
* Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
* PAT Testing
* Control Panel maintenance
* Fire alarms
* BMS systems
* Sprinkler systems
* Water treatment/Legionella
* AHU's/FCU's
* Pumps
* Motors
* General building services
