Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - Moorgate, Central London- £34,000

Do you want to work directly for the Client?

An Exciting and Unique opportunity has arisen to work direct for the client in a Historic Building in Central London. My client is looking for 1 key member of staff to join there large team on site as an Electrician to work across their estate.

The successful candidate will be experienced in commercial building maintenance, building repairs and commercial installations whilst being able to undertake a host of Electrical duties including Identification and repair of electrical faults that arise on a day to day basis.

Knowledge and Experience

* Sound knowledge of all electrical works within the field of building repairs and maintenance and a general understanding of general building matters.
* Sound knowledge of Health and Safety issues.
* Ability to record detailed and accurate repairs information relating to repair inspections or completed repair jobs.
* Several years of experience of completing electrical repairs and maintenance tasks on domestic occupied properties.
* Experience of working within a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service.


* Served a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
* City & Guilds or equivalent Part 2 & 3
* 17th edition.
* C & G 2391 (inspection and testing) would be an advantage
