I am currently recruiting for Shift Maintenance Engineers to work in a brand new, flagship premises within the City of London.
Due to the nature of the premises and this being a brand new project there is a huge scope for future progression within the business.
Technical duties will include; Emergency Lighting, Fault Finding, Wiring, Power Distribution, Sockets, Circuits, UPS, Switching - HV/LV, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps, Motors, Belts, Fans, Boiler checks, Generator tests etc. Day to day duties will also include other general building services.
This will be working client direct for one of the most attractive, growing businesses in the UK building services industry.

Requirements:Experience working in commercial building servicesCity & Guilds Level 3 or equivalentApprentice trained - Desired not essential HVAP - Current - desired not essentialAble to work the hours advertisedExperience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises are preferable.
