Electrical Maintenance Engineer | South West London (Twickenham)| £30,600 + Fantastic Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working client side opposed to for a contractor? Do you want a shorter working week?

I am currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a mobile basis in South West London only. You will solely be working on commercial properties carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance duties.

Electrical duties: lighting, sockets, wiring, power distribution, fault finding and etc

Mechanical duties: general plumbing duties, basic undertsnading of mechanical / hvac plant equipment ie:, AHUs/FCUs - filters, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks and etc


* £30,600 salary
* Days only - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hour working week)
* Company Van
* Fuel Card
* Overtime available for an increase in earnings
* Very Attractive Company Contribution to Pension (Most offer around 2%).
* 31 days + 8 bank holidays = 39 days annual leave

* Very small area and no requirement to work in the city
* May be responsible for an apprentice if desired


* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Strong understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
* Must have a full UK driving license
* Must be able to pass a DBS check
