Electrical Maintenance Engineer | West End, London | £38,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in working between multiple buildings within the same area opposed to being stuck in the same 4 walls?

I am currently recruiting for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer, to work within multiple high end commercial premises around the Oxford Circus area carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance on predominately landlord area's.

Although this is a electrically biased role, you will still be expected to have a general understanding of mechanical / hvac plant equipment ie:, AHUs/FCUs - filters, belts, cleans, Boiler checks, Chillers checks and etc along with general building services duties.

* £38,000 basic salary
* Days only - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
* Company Pension
* Overtime available
* High end premises
* Training on offer
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing annually)
* Other company specific benefits on offer

* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* General understanding of mechanical / hvac equipment
