Electrical Operations Manager Location - London / South East

This is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading independent building services maintenance provider in London and the South East.

This role involves all aspects of compliance and electrical installation.

Organising and running contracts, from setting up and monitoring routine PPM works, actioning technician's reports, quoting and actioning additional V.O. works, organising and monitoring of subcontractors, meeting and maintaining agreed profit margins for each job.

Other responsibilities include:

* Maintaining Client relations, including progress meetings, site visits, obtaining referrals etc.

* Supporting the Group Health & Safety Officer, Company Health & Safety officer. Taking responsibility for and compiling with and H&S aspects of your portfolio implementing the Group Health & Safety Plan.

* Managing Technicians and working with other people in the company to build and promote a team environment, develop the individual team members, generate commitment, define clear objectives and highlight agreed common goals, in order to maximise the performance of the company.

* To supervise and ensure delivery of high levels of customer service.

* Effective delegation of work and responsibilities to the team

* To take on the role of line manager to agreed technicians & apprentices

* Implementing the Induction procedures and Job Chat procedures to evaluate and assess technicians performance and progress.

* Evaluating training needs for allocated technicians & apprentices

* Managing allocated technicians & apprentices holidays.

* Managing allocated technicians & apprentices absences.

* Introduction of technician's to new sites, clients and procedures to technicians.

* Conducting first instance disciplinary and grievance procedures Management Responsibilities:

* Conveying a positive image of the company.

* Ensure that a regular communication between customers and team members.

* Conducting regular meetings with team members

* Dealing with the feedback provided by team member, during meetings and discuss with other Managers and Directors as appropriate. NICEIC Responsibilities:

* Carry out the duties of the duty holder ensuring compliance with NICEIC requirements

* Organising and dealing with the annual assessment with the NICEIC assessor

* Ensuring the calibration of equipment and keeping calibration records of it
