Electrical Pre-Construction Manager

Are you a technically minded Electrical Engineer with a talent for driving projects forward from an early stage?

Comfortable reviewing technical submittals and overseeing electrical designs through to stage 4B?

My client, a leading Main Contractor based in St Albans are looking for a technically astute Electrical Engineer to join their M&E Pre-construction team to help deliver on landmark projects across the South of England.

You will work alongside the Estimation department to prepare competitive tenders, and then once the work is won, review and work to bring the design to stage 4B before handing over the projects to the operations team for install on site.

A good understanding of all aspects of pre-tender and pre-construction will be required as you will be directly involved rather than just overseeing and managing the process.

Duties:



* Work with Estimators on producing competitive Tenders
* Review, tweak and produce Technical Submittals
* Review Designs
* Sit in on Pre-tender meetings
* Sit in on Pre-construction meetings
* Bring projects to stage 4B of design
* Handover to operations team for install

Package:



* Salary of between £50,000 to £65,000 per annum DOE
* Pension
