Company Overview

A regional building services and maintenance company based in Blackburn are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their team. This company has a fantastic reputation in the North West, working with various councils, main contractors and facilities management companies to deliver mechanical and electrical projects valued between £50k and £500k.

The company - established almost 20 years ago - have an annual turnover of £7m and employ a staff of around 50.

Your Package



* £45,000 - £55,000
* Car or car allowance
* 33 days holiday (including statutory)
* NEST pension scheme

Your Responsibilities

You will manage the delivery of a range of electrical contracts across the company's North West client base. By managing a combination of direct staff and sub-contractors, you will work with main contractors, local councils and facilities management companies to deliver everything from minor works to larger electrical fit outs worth £500,000.

Your Skills & Qualifications



* Time-served electrical engineer (maintenance or install background)
* Experience of managing multiple contracts of varying size at one time
* Driven, can-do attitude
* Excellent client management skills
* Commercial mindset
* Relevant site cards would be beneficial (SMSTS, for example)
* Experience of managing multiple projects fro minor works to £500k is essential.
