Electrical Project Manager - Hove - £55,000 to £65,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Are you a proven Electrical Project Manager with experience in Retail/Internal fit-out or Shopfitting?

Do you have the ability to quickly build rapport with clients to increase the profitability of contracts?

My client are a well known Retail fit-out company based on the South Coast of England that are looking to grow their prosperous Electrical division with a Electrical Project Manager.

Working a number of key accounts such as High Street brands including Co-op and Dominos, this Contractor in the last 5 years have gone from £8 million turnover to £12.5 million; which within the Retail sector puts them as one of the fastest growing companies in England.

Duties for a Electrical Project Manager:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
* Supply chain management
* Writing RAMS
* Handover / Commissioning

Package for a Electrical Project Manager:

* Salary of between £55,000 to £65,000
* Bonus - Up to 20%
* Expenses
* Use of company Pool Vehicles
* Regular training reviews
* 25 days holiday
