Electrical Project Manager

Location:

Electrical Project Manager required for successful, long standing installation contractor with over 30 years experience. They have thrived in the recession and are going through further growth plans. With that said they need an additional electrical project manager to join their team. As the Electrical Project Manager you could be looking after a number of projects with values ranging from £10k - £750k at any one time in the following sectors, office fit out, restaurant fit out, high end residential and commercial sectors.

Duties/Specification:



* Ensure successful execution and completion of the Electrical Installation
* Meet defined timescales, achieving quality standards and commercial objectives while maintaining excellent working relationships with our established clients
* Work closely with clients, office team, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Price and manage projects, usually from cradle to grave
* Take client brief/receiving tender enquiry, through feasibility, engineering, estimating, to construction, commissioning, handover and final account, including all H & S supervision
* Ensure that the project is driven to provide the best value solutions, and delivered on time and within budget and to the clients' complete satisfaction
