Electrical Project Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus

Are you an ambitious Project Manager that enjoys building client relationships?

Do you have the ability to meet tight, fast paced deadlines?

My client are a known, medium sized electrical contractor that focus on retail and commercial fit out projects across London and the South East; and they are looking for a proven Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Due to an increased demand for their services from existing clients, you will slot in under a Senior Contracts Manager to deliver projects whilst forging relationships of your own to gain repeat business.

Duties of an Electrical Project Manager:

* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement

Package for an Electrical Project Manager:

* Salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
* Bonus of between £5,000 to £20,000 (based on project profit margins you maintain)
