Electrical Site Manager

My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are located across London and the South East. The business specialise in the complete delivery of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health services across the built environment. A large majority of their turnover is a resultant from working in the Design & Build Commercial, Residential and Education sectors. They require an Electrical Site Manager to work on a mixed use part new build and fit out based in Central London. This role will be site based paying up to £65,000 and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical site manager to progress their career.

As Electrical Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:

* Overseeing Electrical subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to programme and budget
* Involved with weekly subcontractor and client meetings
* Ensuring technical specifications, drawings & programmes align with project delivery.
* Health & Safety rules and regulations

To be suitable for the position you should have the following:

* A minimum of 8 years experience within the Electrical Building Services industry and ideally 3 years experience in an Electrical Site Management role
* Have achieved a minimum of City & Guilds in electrical installation
* The ability to work individually and as part of a large site team

If you are successful you can expect the following remuneration package:

* A Basic salary of up to £65,000
* Fully expensed travel
* Contributory Pension Scheme

* Discretionary bonuses
