Are you a commercial Electrician? Are you looking for a new role? Are you interested in working in a commercial enviroment?

My client is currently looking for an Electrician who has had experience in working in Facilities Management. This is a permanent position working on a static site with anything from Reactive Maintenance to Pre Planned Maintenance. If this is something that you could be interested in then please read the details below and apply!!

Main Responsibilities:

* To carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with site maintenance specification and frequencies and annual maintenance programme.
* To undertake reactive remedial repairs and installations to electrical services as required
* To work with the FM to ensure closure/updating of completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system
* Ensure engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* City & Guilds (Electrical bias or equivalent)
* Electrical competency to 17th Edition IEE
* Proven experience in similar field
* Previous experience of working within a team

Experience & Qualifications

* Building fabric repairs
* Water treatment regimes
* Health & Safety training
* Generators
* Fault diagnostics on controls etc.
