B2B Email Marketing Manager (No direct reports) Financial Services Sector

Are you a specialist in CRM and Email Marketing? Do you have excellent skills in creating, tracking and developing campaigns aimed at demand generation and increasing sales? Do you love strategy as well as implementation? - if so, this is the perfect role for you!

We are looking for a B2B Email Marketing Specialist to play a critical role within our Financial Services client's Digital Marketing Team. Working with their internal data and strategic partners, you will take the lead as a Manager for Email Marketing and be responsible for all company lead generation and communication via email, from creation, implementation & management of campaigns, through to reporting, analysis and offering strategic insight to grow the program.

*Identification and segmentation of general and targeted audiences using specific demographics for each of our products
*Designing and coding high response Creatives, Landing Pages & Newsletters
*Implementing Lead Generation, Remarketing, Retention and Industry Awareness direct campaigns
*Managing internal data, identifying and purchasing relevant external data and working with our external affiliates to maximise all activity
*Creating and managing trigger email campaigns, working alongside the Head of CRM throughout the customer lifecycle to create enhanced customer journey
*Continually testing elements (A/B, look & feel etc) to optimise results
*Track, Analyse and Report on each campaign, with open rates, click-thru rates and conversions on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, recommending changes and enhancements where necessary
*Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast goals. Analyse results and make recommendations to adjust in-season plans as necessary. Reporting to the Marketing Director on revenue generated
*Identifying and implementing any tools, platforms or relationships to create a highly efficient and up to date workplace
*Ensuring all email campaigns comply with regulations and best industry standards


*3+ years of proven experience within Email Marketing, specifically in regards to lead generation, remarketing and customer retention, ideally in the B2B industry (financial services sector is a massive bonus)
*Proficient in HTML coding (including mobile devices), content management systems and graphical design an advantage
*Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative
*Proficiency in marketing automation technology
*Extremely analytical and able to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
