Embedded Systems Test Engineer

Want to work on cutting edge technology projects across transport, energy and utilities?

We've been engaged by an innovative engineering organisation who are recruiting a Senior Test Engineer for their growing team. You'll provide software and hardware testing, while managing production testing with proven test management tools.

Key responsibilities will include:



* Work with hardware and software development teams to design and run testing to ensure products meet high quality standards.
* Generate all relevant reporting and documentation associated with testing.
* Advise and assist with the implementation of improvements to existing test processes.

What you need:



* Relevant experience of testing embedded systems.
* Relevant programming experience, e.g. C++
* Proven ability to apply test process through a hardware and software development life cycle.
* Defect and change management systems such as JIRA.
* Proven ability to run the full test lifecycle.
* Exposure to MS Windows and Linux OS environments.
* An Engineering or relevant degree (or similar) or relevant experience.
