Enforcement Officer

OTE between £17,000 - £30,000

London

Our leading Government Debt Recovery client has an exciting position for an Enforcement Agent to join a very successful team in London.

Your duties will be:



* Operating on a self employed basis, planning own daily schedule from work allocated by in-house schedulers
* Following schedule to visit residential addresses to execute warrants or seize goods to the value of the warrant adhering to company policies and procedures and the legal requirements of the role at all times
* Account for monies received and control the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with policies and procedures
* Return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner
* Ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and are available on request to justify fees applied
* Enter reports via appropriate devices / databases in accordance with client requirements
* Comply with reasonable audit requests
* Provide and maintain detailed incident reports
* Undertake training and development as required by the role in order to represent the company in a professional and legally compliant manner
* Maintain any vehicle leased via the company and use to carry out the role to the required standards

If you are interested in joining their team you first must:



* Ability to communicate and interact with others at all levels
* MUST be a minimum of 21 years old
* MUST hold a full and clean drivers license
* Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment
* Dealing with difficult people
* Exception communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
* Good numerical and literacy skills, basic administration skills
* Ability to work to targets (minimum doors per day and payments per week)
* Ability to remain calm, confident and response logically in difficult situations
