You will join well-established housing developer working on new build open market and affordable housing schemes across the North West region. Due to their continued growth and site expansion they are recruiting an additional site engineer to join their construction team. You will join a thriving business that is well known and is respected for delivering quality products.

The Role
You will report to the Technical Manager and will carry out precise works to project specifications. You will understand and interpret drawings and check on setting out points. You will ensure equipment is recorded and appropriately certified and prepare and revise drawings, ensuring that designs adhere to building regulations. You will work across a selection of sites and you will work closely with the site managers.


What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working as a site engineer for a housing developer. You will have a good understanding of AutoCAD and be proficient in using a robotic total station. You will hold a CSCS card and First Aid certificate. You will be keen to progress your career and develop in to bigger roles.
