Engineering Surveyor - £230 a day - Immediate Start

An experienced Engineering Surveyor is required to oversee the construction of a £500m new build mixed use scheme in Waterloo, Central London. The project involves a cluster of new build steel & RC frame blocks for primarily residential use but also including commercial & retail elements. The scheme has been on site for a year & will complete in Spring 2019. The successful candidate will be degree qualified (Civil Engineering or Surveying) with at least 5 years surveying experience. Ideally this would be with a large Main Contractor or Engineering Sub Contractor.

Role/duties:
Reporting to an on site Senior Project Manager they will be required to: produce Topographical Surveys, Measured Building Surveys, Horizontal Control, Vertical Control, Set Out & Monitor Deflections. The Engineering Surveyor will also be required to manage and supervise Assistant Surveyors.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS and degree qualification.
