Engineering team leader sought to work for an internationally renowned brand, based at one of their UK sites, Telford, Shropshire. The company are a market leader and can offer considerable skills based devlopment and job satisfaction.
The role is suited to multi-skilled maintenance engineers with previous experience in leading a team in some capacity, this can include senior / lead maintenance engineers, team managers, supervisors etc. Experience working in a hands on role, within fast moving consumer goods is essential, food manufacturing being the ideal background. You will be comfortable and willing to lead a small team on a night shift.
As the on shift engineering leader, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring engineering resources are coordinated in an efficient manner, primarily to planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This will include, planning maintenance schedules, undertaking hands on work with your colleagues, ensuring work is logged and signed off using the correct avenues, assiting the production team with technical matters and much more.

Experienced and hands on maintenance engineer
Some form of team leadership experience (Titles could inclide: maintenance supervisor, maintenance manager, lead engineer, senior maintenance engineer etc)
Qualified in a relevant subject matter
Comfortable working a night shift
Leading a small maintenace team on shift
Coordinating engineering resource to planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Working with production and operations team to achieve maximum production output
4 on 4 off night shift
£44,000- £45,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Benefits
