My Client has an exciting opportunity for a long term position and a new project just getting started now. This is a chance for you to be in a long term role involved in a scheme from beginning to completion. The scheme is a smart motorways project and so candidates with highways experience would be preferable, however those with earthworks or heavy civils experience should still apply.

As an Environmental Advisor, you will:

* Assist the surveys team to develop robust and comprehensive environmental mitigation measures to deal with environmental risks and opportunities, working collaboratively with the whole project team including the design joint venture;
* Be accountable for fit for purpose methodology and assumptions that can withstand external scrutiny;
* Be responsible for management of health, safety and well being within the area of responsibility;
* Complete Stage 1 Environment and sustainability reporting to JV Partners and Client.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a member of an environmental professional body;
* Be degree qualified, (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, e.g. Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment;

If this sounds like a role you would be interested in then please do send me your CV asap.

If this sounds like someone that you know, do call me on 0203 6800 650 and enquire about our referral scheme!!!
