Environmental Health Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Health Officer based in a Local Authority in Central London.

Post: Environmental Health Officer

Rate: Circa £28 - £30 per hour (LTD), depending experience

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to do condition audits on private rented houses in their Selective Licensing area.

Need someone to carry out the following:



* Housing complaints from tenants.
* HHSRS inspections / Cat 1 inspections.
* HMO licensing inspections.
* Experience in serving Hazard Awareness Notices and Improvement Notices.

Requirements



* Experience of Housing Enforcement including HMO regulation.
* Must have the HHSRS certificate.
* Experience working in a busy Local Authority completing similar work.
