Randstad CPE are working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for an Electrical Estates Maintenance Manager to join their team covering a large static site near Glasgow. The role holder will report to the Senior Estates Manager and will manage the delivert of planned and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems, plant equipment and building fabrics.

Role Requirements



* Plan and schedule all planned preventative maintenance activities for buildings, plant and equipment
* Responsible for the safety of building fabric and mechanical and electrical plant and equipment and for safe working practices.
* Function as an AP in respect of required disciplines
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with services users and the client
* To control financial commitment within the limits set by the Senior Estates Manager

Qualifications



* 5 years technical management experience
* HND Building services
* Knowledge of financial procedures- KPI, WOR reports
* HV/ LV tickets
* AP Approved
* Familiarity with the health care sector, and day to day operation and maintenance of varying types of health care building/premises.
