job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a growing office in Guildford, you will be competitive tendering for a mixture of commercial projects up to the value of £35million.

You will be working for a reputable tier one contractor and closely with the pre-construction Manager. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career and have involvement building a team as the contractor is looking to double their turnover within the next couple of years. Experience in main contracting is essential.

You willl be tending mainly for Esuncational, healthcare and commercial projects.

Salary up to £80,000 for the right candidate.

Requirements;



* Experience in an Estimating in the construction industry
* Experience tending to multiple projects
* Confident dealing with clients
* Excellent negotiating skills
* The ability to use initiative

* Put together tenders
* Identifying sub-contractor requirements
