The European Medical Group are in the provision of high quality programmes and information targeted at healthcare professionals of all specialties. One of three divisions under this group, the European Medical Journal is an open-access medical journal aiming to capture the very latest advancements in the medical field. They publish a quarterly flagship journal, bringing together an assortment of peer-reviewed articles, unique features and interviews with industry thought leaders.

They’re looking to bring on board an Internal Recruiter, who will help in identifying current and future hiring needs within the group, attracting candidates and designing employee referral programs.  

  • Producing and advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Designing and implementing employee referral programs
  • Sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate, and on boarding new starters
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
