An opportunity for a Presentations Services Evening Operator to work for an exciting client based in Central London. Exceptional salary + bonus, as well as full benefits package which includes private medical insurance, company pension and corporate eye care.

Core working hours are 4.00pm-12.00am, Monday to Friday.

General Overview of role

Presentations Services offers the production of corporate information, predominantly using the Powerpoint Template and the MS Office suite. The service operates from 08:30-24:00 Monday to Friday, and works closely and collaboratively with Presentations Services teams globally. Presentations Services primary objective is to generate and deliver high quality presentation material, in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the banking industry, the service provided must be flexible, whilst at the same time maintaining the high standards required by our internal client base.

Our core focus is to deliver high quality corporate information. The Presentations Operator will generate high quality presentation material as requested, in a timely manner. Working with and reporting to the Presentations Team Leader to ensure quality standards are adhered and deadlines are delivered. Core working hours are 4.00pm and 12.00am, Monday to Friday; work outside these core hours may be required on occasion but will be agreed in advance.

Key tasks/skills

* To generate high quality presentation work, using the clients PowerPoint and Word templates
* Working with the Presentations Team Leader to provide regular updates on workflow, deadlines and any potential risks in order to effectively manage and deliver client's requirements
* Self-managing and team working providing updates on workflow, deadlines and problems so that the client's requirements can be effectively managed
* To own and take responsibility for the work e.g. consistency, accuracy and quality
* Where necessary, to liaise with the client in a professional and helpful manner at all times
* To ensure a smooth hand-over of work where applicable
* To assist with the induction and development of new or temporary team members
* To work closely and collaboratively with regional offices
* To follow departmental policies and procedures as required
* Undertake any ad hoc duties as requested by line management
* To effectively use the management information and tracking system - Symphony

Minimum requirements

* Minimum 40 wpm typing
* Up-to-date advanced experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and a strong background in presentation work
* Good written English and proofing skills
* Possess a critical eye for accuracy and attention to detail
* Possess a good understanding of customer service
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Display an adaptable and flexible approach
