Working Hours and Pay Rate
Monday to Friday NightsNights: Either 21:00PM-05:00AM or 22:00PM-06:00AM, £21.00 PER HOUR until midnight, £26.00 PER HOUR after midnight
Working as part of a multi-skilled team including the following duties.Deliver high-quality corporate information in the form of pitchbooks and other predominantly PowerPoint-based presentationsFollow strict brand guidelines and stylesCreate engaging PowerPoint slides, including often complex charts, graphs and diagrams created in ExcelCreate high-quality presentation materials, including graphical work such as custom covers, logos and complex mapsTake responsibility for consistency, accuracy and quality ensuring checks such as for spelling errors and consecutive numbering of pagesAdhere to client SLA's and deadlines, often working to last-minute requestsProvide regular updates to Team Leaders and Workflow Coordinators as requiredWork with the team to ensure that a first-class service is being provided to our client, adopting the policy of getting it the right first time and every timeEnsure we have an excellent relationship in regards to the service with our clients and service partnersFollow departmental policies and procedures as outlined to youCarry out any ad hoc work required as requested by management
Requirements: Previous experience as a Presentations Operator, Presentations Specialist, Desktop Publisher or similar job title (essential)Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (essential)Intermediate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advantageous)Strong command of written EnglishCritical eye for accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and prioritisePossess and adaptable and flexible approachMotivated with "can do" attitudeAbility to work alone or collaborativelyHigh level of customer focus - proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfactionExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence to communicate at all levelsAble to judge accurately when issues should be escalated to line managers
