Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Operative - Luxury Hotel - Up to £11 per hour - Immediate Start

I am currently looking for 2 handy people to work in a 5 star luxury hotel. You will be assisting with a major refurbishment project.

The successful candidate will have proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a Handyperson/Fabric engineer covering all fabric duties as well as maintenance tasks

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;



* Fabric Duties
* Lifting and Shifting
* Painting and decorating
* Demolishing

You may be asked to help and get involved with other engineers dealing with the below;



* Lighting - Lamp changes, ballast changes
* Emergency light testing
* Electrical Fault finding
* Small works - new sockets, lights
* Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
* AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
* Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)

Hours of work

8am-5pm Monday to Friday.


Requirements



* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Hotel Experience (Preferable)
* Positive attitude
* Good communication skills
* Able to start immediately or at short notice
