Are you an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer, seeking your next permanent job in the Facilities Management Sector?

My client has an immediate opportunity for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to work a long standing contract, covering a large geographical area.

The successful applicant will complete a variety of duties within PPM and Reactive Repairs, often liaising with the client.


* Complete PPM on a mixture of large and small offices ranging from 600 staff to 40, over a large geographical area
* Attend to reactive repairs within the patch, liaising with the client to resolve any issues
* Cover for other engineers when required, crossing into other patches to make up skill shortages and holidays
* Jobs to include Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Electrics etc.


The successful applicant will ideally be Carpentry or Plumbing bias with experience in multiple other trades.

Experience having completed a similar role within a Facilities Management environment is desirable covering a large area.

Excellent time management skills

I.T. literate in order to operate hand held device.
