Randstad CPE are working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Manager to join their team covering multiple contracts in the east.

Role Requirements

* Manage all Fabric Maintenance PPM schedules & planned small works, SLA's of accounts within your control
* Provide an effective and responsive service to all helpdesk calls & administration queries in relation to your account
* Work closely and in conjunction with FM administration and helpdesk functions and follow FM processes at all times
* Work closely with engineering supervisor, to assist with development and improve technical knowledge and impart personal site / engineering knowledge of the client's property portfolio
* Maintain procedures for monitoring the effectiveness and performance of external consultants, contractors and suppliers
* Carry out reviews of service contracts and undertake benchmarking and re-tendering, as required
* Develop a planned regime for the proactive maintenance of all fabric assets through-out your allocated portfolio
* Produce and show understanding of P&L reports for internal purposes
* Develop client relationships to secure extra works


* Qualified within a fabric discipline
* Background in the management of building fabric services operation and maintenance
* Minimum of 5 years' experience of managing medium/large size client accounts
* A good understanding of service contracts and contract management
* A good understanding of profit & loss, WIP management & reporting
