Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on building fabric systems and components.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and rectify issues efficiently.
- Carry out repairs on structures, doors, windows, ceilings, and other building elements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other engineers and staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in building maintenance or related fields are advantageous.
- DBS check required.
