Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on building fabric systems and components.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and rectify issues efficiently.
• Carry out repairs on structures, doors, windows, ceilings, and other building elements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other engineers and staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in building maintenance or related fields are advantageous.
• DBS check required.
