Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Facilities Administrator to join our clients team. In this role, you will support the efficient management of building maintenance, ensure that facilities are well-maintained, and assist with administrative duties related to facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and maintenance staff
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and scheduled services
- Assist with managing supplies and inventory for building operations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Handle administrative tasks related to facility management
Requirements:
- Must have a basic DBS from the past three months
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in facilities management or administration
