TECHNICAL SUPPORT NEEDED ASAP

LEEDS CITY CENTRE

8.30am - 5.30pm

Monday to Friday

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide comprehensive Technical Support assistance and remote maintenance on intruder systems for
customers.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



* To deliver excellent service to both our internal and external customers.
* To utilise remote diagnostic software and product knowledge to provide comprehensive support, advice and assistance to the end user and engineers.
* Action and complete Remote Routine Inspections in line with SLA expectations.
* To liaise with different departments and companies to ensure prompt service delivery.
* To answer customer calls promptly, within SLA expectations.
* To assist and support the Helpdesk where required, through monitoring of engineering calls nearing SLA and appropriate escalation where required.
* Run reports assisting the contract support and management team in monitoring SLA delivery,including those of your team and the engineers.
* To build a good knowledge of intruder systems.
* Assist the Helpdesk and Technical Support Manager as and when required.
* Carry out any other additional duties when needed.
* Good level of IT experience.

* Able to work unsupervised at times.
* Flexibility in work pattern will be needed for absence cover.
