Facilities Administrator - Luton

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our world class facilities team, based in our sophisticated shared service centre office on the prestigious Capability Green Business Park in Luton. Home not only to Facilities, but  HR, Finance, IT, Marketing and our Legal team you will be joining our experts who are the cogs that work in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly for our operational business.

  • Full administrative support across various functions such as company cars, car hire, facilities portal, raising purchase orders, stationery purchase.
  • Manage and sort all in and outgoing post
  • Meeting room support - daily checks, set-up, tidy down, meet and greet.
  • Provide, as required, an efficient, professional and friendly switchboard and reception service
  • To reflect a professional image through all communication to internal and external customers
  • Provide support for other areas of the business from time to time if required.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous strong administrative skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and communication
  • Ability to prioritise and work both quickly and efficiently
  • Some reception experience
