Facilities Administrator

£21,000 - £23,000

Manchester

The Company and role -


· Leading FMCG Company ; quality and delivery of maintenance services is crucial to the clients business

· Reactiveness will be required within this role to support the Technical Team in zero downtime

· Role will involve interaction with multiple client stakeholders ; resilience in demanding situations will be required

Duties and Responsibilities -



* Issue and close PPM tasks via CAFM system (Maximo)
* Issue and close reactive tasks via CAFM system (Maximo)
* Manage the reactive requests coming through the CAFM system (Maximo) - verbal and system requests (helpdesk)
* Provide weekly reports on task progress via Maximo
* Issue and manage the SAP process for issuing purchase orders / goods receiving
* Provide admin support as required to include; quotations / invoice raising / invoice receipt / payroll
* Support the technical team in administration support as required
* Answering Telephones and recording messages
* Logging of information onto spreadsheets and producing of reports
* Liaison between all hard service providers, with regards to all administrative issues.
* Support proper administrative control of all hard services contracts in relation to Quality/company standards and procedures etc.
* Use of IT systems to provide/monitor data within in line with KPIs and SLAs and other management reporting systems including SAP, Maximo etc.
* Delivery of a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and service offer
* Compliance to company policy's and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
* Client satisfaction
* Confidentiality of company/personnel information
* Timely response to requests

· Advanced knowledge of CAFM Systems (Maximo)

· Advance knowledge of SAP

· Have the ability to sometimes manage conflicting priorities when we do not have the resources available. The ability to maintain good customer relationships is essential even when demands are high.

· Appearance must be smart and professional at all times

· Be prepared to undergo training or attend courses when required.
