Facilities Coordinator - Multi-site£22000 - £28000 salary pro rata plus mileage 3 month FTC Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a national organisation and one of the largest property owners in the UK. They are currently recruiting for a multi-site Facilities Coordinator to collate and verify information on properties throughout your designated area. As such, you must have a full driving license and your own transport, with mileage covered.This role may suit a Facilities Coordinator or Junior Facilities Manager, or someone from a compliance, auditing or surveying background; someone who is looking for an immediate start on an initial fixed term basis.Main Duties:Undertake and complete site audits across various properties throughout the region.Gather information on the type of property such as functional areas, room types and dimensions.Review site and floor plans to validate this information, such as ensuring room usage is correct e.g. public area, office, clinical, private etc.Schedule, arrange and manage property surveys, liaising with site stakeholders and building managers.Liaise with Project Leads to ensure any risks or anomalies are reported, developing progress reports and ensuring data accuracy.Experience:Ability to read and understand floor plansA background within a facilities environment would be a plusAbility to work autonomously across a large area, planning and organising your own workload.Full driving license required.For more information about this role, please apply with your CV today.Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
