FACILITIES HELPDESK OPERATIVE NEEDED IN GILDERSOME

Must have experience with an FM company

Permanent Role

£Negotiable upon experience

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (flexible)

Helpdesk/Administrator needed in Gildersome LS27, the successful candidate will have experince in a similar role coordinating and scheduling engineers for works across multiple sites.

Duties include:



* Invoicing of reactive callouts & PPM's
* Quoting remedial works identified by engineers
* Logging & Arranging works
* Confident liaising with engineers, customers & suppliers
* General day to day admin duties

A confident telephone manner and experience in working under pressure is a must for this role.
