FM Administrator

£22,000

Yardley, Birmingham

An experienced Administrator who has worked in the Facilities Management field is sought for a permanent position in Yardley, Birmingham for a large well-respected Facilities Management company.

Overview

You will provide administrative support to the contract manager covering the Midlands PFI and LIFT contracts for multiple sites across Birmingham, supporting the delivery requirements of the respective contracts.

You will be fully trained on their CAFM system Maximo, previous use of CAFM systems is very beneficial. Strong experience and confidence with excel sheets and Microsoft Office packages is essential.

We are looking for someone with strong experience working in the Facilities sector, who is proactive and able to work on their own initiative. The team you will be working in is a small and tightknit team.

Package

Annual salary of £22,000.

Fantastic pension contribution of up to 10%.

You will also be able to opt into the company's private medical insurance after 18 months.

Working hours: 40 hours per week; 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break)
