Facilities Management Help Desk Advisor - Stockport

£20,500 per annum

We are currently recruiting for the NHS Property Services, a well established; limited company which is also part of the wider NHS family. You will be based in new luxury offices in Stockport. They are looking for Help Desk Advisors to join their lively and ambitious team and full, comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering inbound requests and assisting the delivery of Pre-Planned Maintenance and to provide a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities



* Receiving service requests via phone and email
* Using your initiative to prioritise jobs
* Working within targeted SLA's and KPI's
* Liaising with service teams and suppliers to keep customers informed about progress
* Using your in depth knowledge about the services to help customers with their needs
* Take ownership of your development and learning
* Contribute to the continuous improvements of the companies processes



Ideal candidate will possess



* Experience working in a contact centre
* A customer focus attitude to resolve problems ensuring customer expectations are met
* Excellent communication skills, with both verbal and written
* Ability to use initiative and priorities jobs and work load effectively
* The drive to improve their performance against all targets
* The ability to work with both your peers and Team Leader to continuously improve on quality and processes


Working hours 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday (rota shift) (7-3 / 10-6 / 12-8)
